Kaz Cafe’s Korean Bingsu

Obviously, the Korean Bingsu is not a traditional Bicolano food. However, this is worth adding to the list of must eat when you are in the area. Owned by a Kaz, this cafe rivals many similar restaurants offering Bingsu’s in Manila. Their bingsu is especially nice to have after a long day of sightseeing.
